General Overview		Lao'Rok view is to be a part of something greater than himself.
Strengths & Weaknesses		Strength: Exceptional awareness of his surroundings. Great under pressure and extremely loyal. He does not mentor simply through taking but y leading by example. Weakness: Is a bit reluctant to take command. Even though he wants a command one day, Lao'Rok is in no rush to get to that point. Feels like being in such a role would detach him from those under him. Also, he has a way of internalizing mistakes that he feels could have been avoided.

Personal History		Lao'Rok Hunt was born on Earth in 3180 to Robert Hunt, a Human with a trace of Vulcan genetic heritage going back over four centuries and to Alora Chavez who is mix of Human and Klingon ancestry. Growing up Lao'rok heard tales and read journals of the Hunt line who had served in Starfleet before there was even a Federation, going back to Admiral Andre Hunt the first in their family to command a Starship. Others like Fleet Admiral Kenneth Hunt, who fought in the Dominion War, and Fleet Admiral Drayton Hunt, who fought in the Battle of Procyon V against the Sphere Builders. These were the ancestors from whom Lao'Rok had a direct lineage. This was the motivation for him wanting to join Starfleet. The long lasting affects of the Burn defined much of Lao'Rok's worldview. The Federation was fractured and he had grown up under the direct result of Earth withdrawing from the Federation. Once the reason for the Burn was determined, Earth returned to the Federation in 3190. Lao'Rok saw Starfleet not as an obligation of family legacy, but as the opportunity to repair and rebuild what had been lost for so long. At Starfleet Academy between 3198-3202, Cadet Hunt distinguished himself in advance helm simulations, navigation and high-risk shuttle operations. His instructors noted his ability to stay calm in high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure. Lao'Rok was known to take risk, but would never cross the line of recklessness. After graduation, Lao'Rok was posted on the USS Springfield. Though the Federation had rid itself of the Emerald Chain. There were still small remnant groups around that were trying to rebuild in what ways they could. During his time, on the Springfield, Ensign Hunt earned two commendations for piloting shuttles in and out of combat operations. His performance led to a promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade within two years. In 3207, Hunt accepted a transfer to the USS Maverick with a promotion to Lieutenant, along with becoming the Chief Flight Control Officer. On the Maverick, the new Lieutenant worked on refining his command presence at the helm and focused on mentoring junior officers and coordinating complex multi-ship maneuvers in what was deemed unstable regions. In 3210, Lieutenant Hunt transferred to his current posting aboard the USS Koinonia, as Chief Flight Control Officer. During his off time, he has focused on learning about Operations. Though he prefers piloting, a switch to Operation in the future might be a good career move. To his peers, Loa'Rok is known as a reliable, unflashy and steady hand. Less focused on glory regardless of his Klingon heritage, but is well aware of history and wishes to leave his own mark on it.
